When can I join to get the free offer?

You can join kleesto and activate the offer during the months of April, May, June, July if you are coming without a referral invitation, or any other month if a friend or colleague invites you.


What am I charged during the offer period?

During your free access months you will NOT be charged with a subscription or any booking commission fees from kleesto. If you choose to accept online payments you will only be charged with the payment process provider fee for each online booking transaction (1,9% + 0,30€).


Does the offer apply to current and new kleesto users?

The coronavirus COVID-19 support offer applies to both current active kleesto users and new users that come from referral invitation or other sources during the months of April, May, June, July.


When do my free access months activate?

The free access months start by the time you join the campaign and complete the registration form. Each next month extension pack is automatically applied when one of your invited friends or colleagues activate their kleesto account.


What happens when my free access period ends?

If you are a new kleesto user, when the free access months and extensions end, you will be promted to choose a payment plan to re-activate your kleesto account. If you have already signed for a kleesto subscription plan, your plan will be automatically set to your current.
